
Bob Baker | Red Lobster
Bob Baker was appointed finance chief of Red Lobster. He joins the restaurant chain about a month after it exited Chapter 11 proceedings under its new owner Fortress Investment Group. Baker has previously been CFO of restaurant chains Checkers & Rally’s and Benihana. He also held the roles of chief financial officer and president of Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. Earlier in his career, Baker spent 16 years at YUM! Brands, where he worked in finance, operations, M&A and accounting roles.
Sheila Anderson | Daktronics
Daktronics named its CFO, Sheila Anderson, to the newly created position of chief data and analytics officer to help support and accelerate the company’s digital transformation. The electronic scoreboard and large-screen video display maker said it is looking to recruit an experienced public company CFO to replace Anderson. Anderson, who has been the company’s CFO since 2012, will stay in that role until it finds her successor. Earlier this year, Daktronics said a critical priority for fiscal 2025 is to execute a digital transformation to modernize its service systems for field service automation.

Jason Dubinsky | Morningstar
Morningstar’s CFO Jason Dubinsky will step down from his role at the end of the year. Dubinsky has been CFO of the investment research company for over seven years. He joined the company in 2017 from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of planning and central operations. Morningstar has started a succession process. Dubinsky will continue as chief financial officer until Dec. 31, 2024, and will remain with the company in a consulting role through June 30, 2025.
Lauren Burrows Coleman | Beasley Broadcast Group
Beasley Broadcast Group named Lauren Burrows Coleman as the radio station owner’s new finance chief. Burrows Coleman most recently worked at online home goods and furniture retailer Wayfair, where she was global head of strategic corporate and commercial finance. She earlier held leadership roles at private equity firms WindSail Capital Group and Wind Point Partners as well as GE Capital, where she managed equity and debt investments across several industries. Burrows Coleman succeeds Marie Tedesco who is retiring on Nov. 1. Tedesco has worked at Beasley for more than three decades and has been CFO since 2017.

David Rosenberg | Textron
Textron promoted David Rosenberg to chief financial officer of the aerospace and defense company, effective March 1, 2025. Rosenberg, the company’s vice president of investor relations, has more than 24 years of experience in the aviation industry. He was previously senior vice president and chief financial officer of Textron Aviation from 2018 to January 2024, and earlier held leadership positions in finance at Textron Aviation. Rosenberg succeeds Frank Connor, who will retire in February.

Pam Kaur | HSBC
HSBC is consolidating its business into four parts as part of an overhaul that also named the British bank’s first female finance chief — Pam Kaur. Kaur, currently group chief risk and compliance officer and an 11-year veteran of HSBC, will take over as finance chief on Jan. 1. Kaur will be the first woman to take the CFO seat in the bank’s 160-year history, a role previously held by the company’s CEO, Georges Elhedery, before he was appointed to his current post in July. She takes over for interim CFO Jon Bingham, who will return to his role as global financial controller.
Amy Shelly | BlockFills
BlockFills, a digital assets technology and trading firm, appointed Amy Shelly as chief financial officer. Shelly has held CFO roles at equity derivatives clearing organization Options Clearing Corporation and global market maker Optiver U.S. She was previously a controller at Chase Investment Services, the retail broker-dealer for JPMorgan, after starting her career at Hull Trading as a staff accountant.

Steven Neel | TeamSnap
TeamSnap, a youth sports management software provider, hired Steven Neel as its new chief financial officer. Before joining TeamSnap, Neel spent six years as CFO of Sphere Commerce, a software and financial technology company. He was previously executive vice president of finance at Anovia Payments and held finance chief roles at card-linked loyalty and mobile marketing company vLoyalty and Instant Merchant Capital.
Chantal Wessels | Parameta Solutions
Over-the-counter market data provider Parameta Solutions hired Chantal Wessels as its new CFO, effective immediately. Before taking the role, Wessels was CFO of Apex Fintech Solutions and a divisional CFO at Nasdaq. She also served as finance manager of Thomas Reuters legal Australia and as an audit manager at BDO.

Sanjay Singh | Wellness Pet Company
Sanjay Singh is the new finance chief of pet food and treat maker Wellness Pet Company. Before joining the company, Singh was a finance and strategy consultant. He earlier worked at livestream shopping channel retailer Qurate, where he was most recently its U.S. CFO, and at clothing retailer Abercrombie & Fitch as senior vice president of finance and strategy. Singh previously spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble in several roles including CFO of personal beauty care and CFO of North East Asia.
