
Steven Bailey | Match Group
Tinder’s parent company Match Group promoted Steven Bailey to CFO, effective March 1, 2025. Bailey joined the online dating service company in 2012 and is currently senior vice president of financial planning and business operations. He was earlier chief financial officer of Match Group Americas. He earlier worked at Dow Jones as manager of FP&A. He started his career at Heritage Building Group, where he held various finance and operations roles. Bailey replaces Gary Swidler, who will transition out of his CFO role and continue as president of Match Group.
Nadine Ahn | Canaccord Genuity Group
Investment company Canaccord Genuity Group named former CFO of Royal Bank of Canada, Nadine Ahn, as its new deputy chief financial officer. Ahn will succeed current finance chief Don MacFayden in 2025 when he transitions to a role within the company’s U.S. capital markets business. She was most recently chief financial officer of Royal Bank of Canada before she was terminated in April for an alleged undisclosed close personal relationship with a subordinate. Ahn denied all allegations regarding the relationship and sued the bank for wrongful dismissal.

David Byrnes | Sphere Entertainment
Sphere Entertainment’s finance chief David Byrnes is leaving the live entertainment and media company. Byrnes, who has been chief financial officer of the Las Vegas Sphere operator since Dec. 2023, will continue as CFO for an interim period to help with the transition while it looks for his replacement. Byrnes was previously chief financial officer of Madison Square Garden Entertainment from Jan. 2022 to Dec. 2023, where he played a critical role in strategic transactions, including its spin-off of MSG Entertainment in April 2023.
Natalie Knight | Stellantis
Stellantis’ CFO Natalie Knight has stepped down as part of a management shakeup at the automaker. Knight joined the company last year from Ahold Delhaize, where she held the same role. Doug Ostermann will replace Knight, who will leave the company. Ostermann has over 19 years of finance experience across three international groups, including Stellantis, and was previously Stellantis China’s chief operating officer.
James Mikolaichik | United Parks & Resorts
James Mikolaichik was named CFO of United Parks & Resorts, the parent company of SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, effective Nov. 11. He previously held chief financial officer roles at eyecare provider MyEyeDr, Diamond Resorts and Hilton Grand Vacations. He has also held other leadership roles in the travel and entertainment industry. Mikolaichik replaces interim chief financial officer James Forrester, Jr., who will stay with the company through the end of the year to help with the transition.

Bryan Schumaker | Benchmark Electronics
Bryan Schumaker was appointed finance chief of Benchmark Electronics, effective Oct. 8. In Schumaker’s most recent role as CFO of Source Global, he played a key role in transforming the financial operations of the company and preparing it for public market readiness. Schumaker was previously chief financial officer of TPI Composites and 8point3 Energy Partners. He earlier was senior vice president and chief accounting officer of First Solar.
Terry Kohler | Optinose
Terry Kohler was named chief financial officer of the pharmaceutical company Optinose. Kohler was most recently CFO of Verrica Pharmaceuticals, a dermatology therapeutics company. Before that, he worked at the pharmaceutical company Endo International for six years, most recently as vice president of corporate development and treasurer. He earlier completed the Johnson & Johnson MBA leadership development program and worked at several investment banking firms.

Brandon Grinwis | Avetta
Avetta hired Brandon Grinwis as CFO of the supply chain risk management software provider. Grinwis joined the company from insurance software provider Insurity, where he was chief financial officer and executive vice president of customer operations. Earlier roles include finance chief at human capital management software provider Ascentis, vice president of finance and business operations at cybersecurity software company Code42 and senior manager of financial strategy and operations transformation at Deloitte.
Chris Degnan | UroGen
Biotech company UroGen named Chris Degnan as its new chief financial officer. Degnan joins the company with extensive experience as a publicly traded biotech CFO, most recently at Galera Therapeutics and Verrica Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, Degnan held senior positions at Endo International and he spent more than 10 years at global biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca. Degnan succeeds Don Kim, who is leaving the company.
