Anthony DiSilvestro | Keurig Dr Pepper
Keurig Dr Pepper appointed Anthony DiSilvestro as the beverage giant’s new chief financial officer as it prepares to close its JDE Peet’s acquisition and split into two independent companies. DiSilvestro retired as toy maker Mattel’s CFO earlier this year after holding the role for five years. Before joining Mattel, he spent over 20 years at Campbell Soup Company, where he was most recently chief financial officer, a role he held from 2014 to 2019. DiSilvestro earlier spent over a decade at Scott Paper Company in various roles in the finance organization. DiSilvestro immediately replaces Sudhanshu Priyadarshi, who joined the company in 2022 as CFO. Priyadarshi, who was originally set to become chief executive of Keurig Dr Pepper’s coffee spin-off, will remain with the company as a strategic adviser through April 7, 2026. The company has initiated a search for a CEO of its planned coffee arm.
Katherine Fogertey | Shake Shack
Shake Shack’s finance chief, Katherine Fogertey, has moved into a senior adviser role and will leave the company on March 4, 2026. The company is establishing an office of the CFO, which will comprise a team of financial planning, accounting and treasury leaders, while the fast casual restaurant chain seeks her replacement. Fogertey has been CFO of Shake Shack since June 2021. Before that, she spent over 15 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a vice president.
Michael Pomeroy | Dentsply Sirona
Dental equipment maker Dentsply Sirona named Michael Pomeroy as interim CFO. Most recently, Pomeroy was interim chief financial officer of spinal devices company Highridge Medical. He previously held CFO roles at Icahn Automotive Group, home textiles company Hollander-Keeco and retail and warehousing services company RGIS. Pomeroy steps in for Matthew Garth, who left the company on Nov. 5 after six months in the role. Garth was previously chief financial officer of Scotts Miracle-Gro and Minerals Technologies.
Cheryl Paquete | Terran Orbital
Cheryl Paquete was appointed chief financial officer of Terran Orbital, a Lockheed Martin subsidiary that manufactures satellites. Paquete has been part of finance and business operations at Lockheed Martin Space since joining the company in 2005 as a financial analyst. She was most recently senior business operations manager at Lockheed, where she led portfolios across deep space exploration, commercial satellites, weather and Earth Science and advanced development programs.
Tonya Robinson | SPB Hospitality
Tonya Robinson was named finance chief of casual restaurant operator and franchisor SPB Hospitality. Robinson spent 24 years at restaurant chain Texas Roadhouse, where she rose from staff accountant to CFO before retiring in 2023. Before holding the CFO role for over four years, she was vice president of finance and investor relations. Robinson succeeds Jessica Hagler, who has left the company.
