George Leondis | Nissan
Nissan CFO Jérémie Papin is stepping down for personal reasons. Papin will stay with the company through mid-May. He will be replaced by George Leondis as finance chief on April 1. Leondis joined the company in 2004 as head of finance for Nissan Australia and has held several leadership positions over the last two decades. In 2024, he returned to Japan to lead global product and industrial operations control, partnership finance and M&A. Leondis spent the first 10 years of his career at PwC, most recently as a director.
Tom Fitzgerald | Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness CFO Jay Stasz has left the company. Stasz has been the chief financial officer of the fitness center operator since November 2024. In the interim, Stasz will be replaced by Tom Fitzgerald while it searches for a permanent replacement. Fitzgerald first joined the company in 2020 as CFO and held that role until retiring in 2024. He earlier held chief financial officer roles at Potbelly Sandwich Works, Charming Charlie, Burlington Coat Factory and Bath & Body Works.
Saqib Baig | Peloton
Peloton named its chief accounting officer, Saqib Baig, as interim CFO to replace outgoing finance chief Liz Coddington. Coddington will leave the company on March 27 to become CFO of solar energy firm Palmetto. Baig has held his current role since November 2022 and has also served as CFO of Peloton’s commercial business unit since August 2025. Earlier roles include controller of accounting risk and valuation at Meta and director of treasury at Colgate-Palmolive.
Julie Hoarau | Angi
Andrew Russakoff is stepping down as Angi’s chief financial officer, effective March 27. Russakoff, who has been CFO of the home services firm since June 2022, will be succeeded by Julie Hoarau. Hoarau has been Angi’s chief accounting officer since October 2024, and she played a key role in its spin-off from IAC in 2025. Hoarau was previously the vice president of accounting operations at MongoDB, a developer data platform company. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance and accounting leadership positions at Aaptiv and Shutterstock.
Robert Julian | Xponential Fitness
Robert Julian was appointed interim CFO of Xponential Fitness, a franchisor of boutique health and wellness brands including Club Pilates and Pure Barre. Julian has over 30 years of financial leadership experience, including holding chief financial officer roles at The RealReal, Callaway Golf, Sportsman’s Warehouse and Deluxe Entertainment Services Group. He replaces John Meloun, who left the company effective March 9. Julian will start his role on March 16 while the company looks for Meloun’s permanent replacement.
Angela Nam | FTI Consulting
Angela Nam was appointed CFO of FTI Consulting, effective May 1. Nam joins the firm from FTAI Aviation, where she has been chief financial officer since August 2022. She was earlier a senior vice president of private equity at Fortress Investment Group. Nam replaces interim CFO Paul Linton, who will return to his earlier role of chief strategy and transformation officer. Linton became interim CFO in September 2025 after Ajay Sabherwal left the company to become the finance chief at OSTTRA, a financial technology company.
Andy Holmes | Jimmy Choo
Capri Holdings-owned Jimmy Choo hired Andy Holmes as SVP, chief financial officer and operations of the luxury fashion brand. Holmes joins the company from British fashion label Dunhill. He joined Dunhill as CFO in 2019 and has been chief financial and operating officer since April 2021. Earlier roles include head of finance at Marks & Spencer, vice president of finance at Burberry and senior finance manager at Gap. Holmes succeeds Richard Kozlowski, who is retiring at the end of March after six years as CFO.
Olivier Leonetti | Equinix
Olivier Leonetti was named chief financial officer of digital infrastructure company Equinix, effective March 16. Leonetti was most recently the CFO of power management company Eaton. He joined Eaton in January 2024, after serving almost five years as a member of Eaton’s board. He previously served as chief financial officer at Johnson Controls, Zebra Technologies and Western Digital. Leonetti succeeds longtime Equinix finance chief Keith Taylor. Taylor is retiring after a 27-year career with the company.
Joana Edwards | Associated British Foods
Associated British Foods, a multinational food, ingredients and retail group, appointed Joana Edwards as group chief financial officer. Edwards joined the company in 2020 as group financial controller and was named group interim finance director in March 2025. Before joining ABF, she held several financial leadership positions at L’Oréal, most recently as group financial controller. She earlier spent over four years at beauty brand The Body Shop, where she was a finance director.
Patrick Brang | Garage Beer
Garage Beer hired Patrick Brang as the independent beer brand’s finance chief. Brang most recently worked at ready-to-drink alcohol beverage maker BeatBox, which was recently acquired by Anheuser-Busch. He joined BeatBox as vice president of finance in 2022 from Kent Quality Foods, where he was CFO. Before that, he spent over six years at Founders Brewing Co., where he was most recently chief financial officer.
