Akhil Shrivastava | Estée Lauder

Akhil Shrivastava will take over as finance chief of beauty giant Estée Lauder on November 1. Since joining Estée Lauder in 2015, Shrivastava has held several senior finance roles at the company and was recently named its senior vice president and corporate controller. Before his current role, he was senior vice president and treasurer. Before joining the company, he spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held several finance and leadership roles across Asia, North America, and the global businesses, including finance director of Gillette, North America. Shrivastava succeeds Tracey T. Travis, who will retire from the company on June 30, 2025.
Drew Shearer | Sony Pictures Entertainment
Drew Shearer was promoted to finance chief of Sony Pictures Entertainment. Shearer, who will take over as CFO on October 1, has worked at the company for nearly 30 years, joining the company in 1996 as director of internal audit for Sony Corporation of America. Over his tenure, he has held several positions, including finance director of Sony Pictures Television Studios, divisional CFO of Sony Pictures Television’s global businesses and group divisional chief financial officer. Shearer succeeds Philip Rowley, who is stepping down after eight years at the company.
Helen Shan | FactSet
Helen Shan is heading back to the CFO seat at FactSet, a financial digital platform and enterprise solutions provider. Shan joined the company in 2018 as finance chief and remained in that role until 2021 when she was appointed to her current role as executive vice president and chief revenue officer. Shan previously worked as chief financial officer of Mercer for four years. She succeeds Linda Huber, who is leaving the company.
Bryce Bach | Risant Health

Bryce Bach was named finance chief of Risant Health, a nonprofit organization created by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, effective mid-August 2024. For 17 years, Bach worked at the international management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, most recently as a partner in its health and life sciences practice. Bach has been interim CFO for Risant Health since May and has played an integral role in creating and launching Risant Health over the past two years while at Oliver Wyman.
Jim Ossowski | PulteGroup
PulteGroup appointed Jim Ossowski as its new chief financial officer to replace outgoing CFO Bob O’Shaughnessy. O’Shaughnessy, who joined the company in 2011, will transition to executive vice president in February 2025 until his retirement at the end of the year. Ossowski has worked at the home building company for the last 22 years, most recently as senior vice president of finance.
Steffen Pietzke | EnerVenue

Steffen Pietzke was hired as CFO of EnerVenue, a maker of metal-hydrogen batteries for large-scale renewable and storage applications. Pietzke was previously chief financial officer of Enovix, where he helped transition the company from an R&D entity to a publicly listed business. Before that, Pietzke was vice president of finance and chief accounting officer of biotechnology firm ALX Oncology Holdings. His executive financial leadership experience also includes senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer roles at the pharmaceutical company Tricida. He spent the first 15 years of his career at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Russ Main | Perch Energy
Solar energy company Perch Energy hired Russ Main as its new finance chief. Most recently, Main was CFO and interim chief executive officer of Agilyx ASA, a Norwegian company specializing in chemical recycling technology. At Agilyx ASA, he played a key role in leading the company’s IPO and uplisting. He was previously CFO of Abode Systems, a do it yourself home security and automation startup, where he was instrumental in its profitable sale. He earlier worked at Tyco International for more than 23 years in global roles, assuming a range of senior financial leadership positions.
Paul Lundstrom | Copeland

Paul Lundstrom was appointed CFO of Copeland, which manufactures products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Lundstrom joins the company from Flex — an electronics manufacturing services and supply chain logistics company — where he has been CFO for the last three years. Lundstrom was a key team member who led the analysis, carve out and IPO for Nextracker from Flex in 2023 and was a member of the Nextracker Board of Directors. Earlier roles include CFO at Aerojet Rocketdyne and several financial leadership roles during his nineteen years at United Technologies, including vice president of investor relations and multiple business unit CFO roles.
