Stephanie Lewis | Forbes
Stephanie Lewis was promoted to the finance chief of Forbes. Lewis joined the media company in 2008 as a financial analyst and has held several leadership roles throughout her tenure, including director of financial reporting and controller. She has been in her most recent role of senior vice president of finance since 2023. Before that, she worked at Grant Thornton as a senior assurance associate.
Peter Herpich | Shake Shack
Peter Herpich, Shake Shack’s current corporate controller, was named interim principal financial officer while it looks for a permanent CFO. Herpich joined the quick-serve restaurant chain in 2023 from Casper, where he was vice president and global controller. He previously spent 25 years at Barnes & Noble, where he was most recently vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer. Herpich replaces Katherine Fogertey, who resigned as CFO and principal financial and accounting officer in November 2025, and will work as a senior adviser until March 4. Fogertey took over as CFO of Shake Shack in June 2021.
Chris Deppe | Chewy
Chris Deppe was promoted to the finance chief of online pet product retailer Chewy. Deppe was most recently vice president of finance. He joined Chewy in 2022 from Amazon, where he spent over 16 years in senior finance leadership roles, including director of finance for Global Transportation Services and Global Mile. Deppe replaces Will Billings, who has been the interim principal financial officer since July 2025. Billings will continue to serve as chief accounting officer.
Tyler Reddien | Capri Holdings
Tyler Reddien was appointed CFO and chief operating officer of Capri Holdings, a fashion group that includes the Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo brands. Reddien will join Capri on March 30. He was most recently chief financial officer of cosmetics retailer The Body Shop, and before that, he held senior leadership positions at cosmetics and personal care company Natura &Co Holding. Reddien earlier worked at Hertz as senior vice president and chief financial officer for North America Rent-a-Car operations.
Ronda Chu | San Francisco International Airport
San Francisco International Airport promoted Ronda Chu to finance chief. Chu joined SFO in 2008 as an airport economic planner and has held several leadership positions, including capital finance director. She has been managing director of finance since October 2024, where she led the team that helped earn the airport’s highest-ever credit ratings from Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s. Chu replaces Kevin Bumen as CFO. Bumen, who served as both CFO and chief commercial officer, will continue in his role as chief commercial officer.
Guido Torrini | DDN
Guido Torrini was appointed chief financial and operating officer of DDN, a Nvidia partner that makes data software and hardware. Torrini most recently worked at data security company OneTrust, where he has been CFO for over four years. He earlier held chief financial officer roles at process intelligence platform Celonis and corporate wellness platform Wellhub. Torrini started his career at Cisco and Dell. He succeeds Ian Angelo, who has worked at DDN for the past 14 years, including 12 years as CFO and COO.
Linda Pinne | Manhattan Associates
Linda Pinne was named CFO, SVP, chief accounting officer and treasurer of Manhattan Associates, a retail and supply chain software solutions provider. Pinne joined Manhattan Associates in 2005 as a controller and has been SVP, global corporate controller and chief accounting officer since January 2016. Pinne succeeds CFO and EVP Dennis Story, who will retire on March 31. Story will remain with the company as an adviser to the CEO until the end of the year. Story has worked at the company for 20 years and has been the finance chief since March 2006.
Jack Sullivan | Nucor
Steelmaker Nucor named Jack Sullivan as chief financial officer, treasurer and EVP, effective March 1. Sullivan started his career with Nucor in 2022 as general manager of investor relations and was promoted to his current role of VP, treasurer and general manager of IR in 2025. Sullivan previously spent 13 years working at Duke Energy, most recently as vice president of IR. Before that, he spent nine years in corporate and investment banking at Bank of America. Sullivan succeeds Steve Laxton, who was promoted to president and chief operating officer effective Jan. 1, 2026.
