Lanny Baker | Etsy
Lanny Baker was named CFO of Etsy, the online platform to buy and sell handmade and vintage items. Baker has worked at global events marketplace Eventbrite since 2019, where he joined as finance chief. He took on the additional role of chief operating officer (COO) in Aug. 2024. On Nov. 19 Eventbrite brought in Anand Gandhi to take on the CFO role and Baker continued as COO. He previously held CFO roles at Yelp, ZipRealty and Monster Worldwide. Baker replaces Rachel Glaser, who announced her retirement in July. Baker succeeds Rachel Glaser, who announced her decision to retire in July. Glaser will stay with Etsy as an advisor through June 30, 2025.

Anu Subramanian | Bumble
Bumble CFO Anu Subramanian will leave next year for an opportunity outside the company. Subramanian will continue in her role until March 14 and assist with the transition. The dating and networking app has started a search to identify her successor. Subramanian joined Bumble as finance chief in 2020 and was instrumental in its 2021 initial public offering. Before joining Bumble, she was chief financial officer of digital and streaming at Univision Communications and was earlier CFO of digital at VICE Media.
Jeff Davis | Dollar Tree
Dollar Tree CFO Jeff Davis will step down after about two years in the role. The company has launched a search to find Davis’ replacement and he has agreed to stay with the company until the end of fiscal 2024. His departure comes weeks after the retailer’s CEO Rick Dreiling resigned. Davis joined Dollar Tree in 2022 from Qurate Retail Group, where he was CFO. Earlier he held chief financial officer roles at JCPenney, Darden and Walmart’s U.S. Segment.

Macrina Kgil | Figure Technology Solutions
Macrina Kgil joined Figure Technology Solutions as the home equity lending startup’s new chief financial officer. Kgil joins the company from residential real estate startup Flow, where she led the finance function globally. Kgil was previously CFO of OneMain Holdings, where she helped manage its acquisition of OneMain Holdings from Citigroup and led its IPO. She was earlier finance chief of Blockchain.com and its affiliate Blockchain Ventures Fund I and vice president of the private equity group at Fortress Investment Group. She started her career at PwC in the capital market advisory and audit teams.
Celeste Mellet | Humana
Celeste Mellet will take over as finance chief of health and well-being company Humana on Jan. 11. Mellet is currently CFO of Global Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure fund manager recently acquired by BlackRock. Before that, she was CFO, senior managing director and executive vice president of investment banking firm Evercore. Earlier roles included CFO and executive vice president of Fannie Mae and 18 years at Morgan Stanley, last serving as global treasurer. Mellet succeeds Susan Diamond, who is stepping down after 18 years at Humana, including over three years as CFO. Diamond will hold an advisory role through the end of 2025 to help with the transition.

Samara Strycker | International Motors
International Motors promoted Samara Strycker to chief financial officer. Strycker joined the commercial vehicle and engine manufacturer in 2014 and was most recently senior vice president, corporate controller and treasurer. She was previously regional controller of the Americas and assistant controller of General Electric Healthcare and began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Strycker succeeds Do Young Kim, who was announced as CFO of Scania Group last week.
Tom Panther | Corpay
Corpay’s finance chief Tom Panther will be leaving the payments company on March 15 to become chief financial officer of the National Christian Foundation. The company has started its search for Panther’s successor. Before taking over as Corpay’s CFO in May 2023 he was chief financial officer at payment technology and services provider EVO Payments. He spent over 15 years in leadership roles at SunTrust Banks, including chief accounting officer and senior vice president of corporate finance.

Jeremy Schiller | Carnival Cruise Line
Jeremy Schiller rejoined Carnival Cruise Line as finance chief. Schiller previously worked for Carnival for 12 years and returns after working at Carnival’s sister brands Holland America Line and Seabourn for two years as CFO. Schiller earlier was vice president of finance and operations at Carnival and began his finance career at BankAtlantic. He succeeds Jim Heaney, who is moving to Holland America Line and Seabourn as chief financial officer.
