GitLab, a software development tools provider, appointed Jessica Ross as finance chief, effective Jan. 15, 2026. Ross most recently was senior vice president and CFO of Frontdoor, a home warranties and repair solutions company. Before that, she spent three years at Salesforce, most recently as EVP of enterprise strategy and operational excellence. Earlier in her career, Ross was vice president and chief accounting officer at Stitch Fix and held finance leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente and The Gymboree Corp. Ross succeeds interim CFO James Shen, who will return to his role as vice president of finance. Shen, in September, stepped in for outgoing CFO Brian Robins, who left the company for the same role at software company Snowflake.

Software firm OneStream’s CFO, Bill Koefoed, will step down as CFO on Dec. 31. Koefoed, who has been chief financial officer since 2019, will work as a senior adviser through April 1, 2026. John Kinzer, a OneStream board member and former chief financial officer of HubSpot and Blackboard, has joined the company as a strategic adviser and will become interim CFO on Jan. 1, 2026, while the company looks for Koefoed’s permanent successor. Kinzer will remain on the board but has stepped down from the audit and compensation, nominating and governance committees.

Mike Lenihan | Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse named Mike Lenihan as the restaurant chain’s new chief financial officer. Most recently, Lenihan was CFO of CKE Restaurants, the parent company of fast food chains Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s. Lenihan worked at Yum! Brands for over 20 years in several financial leadership roles, including as vice president of FP&A and treasury. Lenihan replaces Keith Humpich, who has been serving as interim CFO since June in addition to his role as vice president of finance. Humpich will move into the role of chief accounting and financial services officer.

Keith Taylor | Equinix

Keith Taylor, CFO of data center company Equinix, will retire in 2026 after 27 years with the company. Taylor joined Equinix in 1999, and during his tenure, he helped guide it from startup to IPO and completed over 29 acquisitions. Taylor will stay in the CFO seat until his successor is selected. He will then transition to a special adviser to the company.

Michele Allen was appointed chief financial officer of sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s. Allen joins the company from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where she has held several financial leadership positions throughout her tenure, including most recently as chief financial officer and head of strategy. She started her career at Deloitte as an auditor. Allen succeeds Walter Tombs, who will be retiring in January 2026 after 26 years with the company. Tombs will transition to an adviser role.

Christian Morrison | Red Cat

Red Cat appointed Christian Morrison as the drone technology company’s new chief financial officer. Before joining Red Cat, Morrison was vice president of finance and interim CFO of headphone and speaker maker Skullcandy. He earlier worked at Varex Imaging as director of SEC reporting and technical accounting, where he played a key role in the carve-out of Varex Imaging as a separate public company from Varian Medical Systems. Morrison succeeds Christian Ericson, who was promoted to the new role of chief operating officer. Ericson was named CFO of the company in March. 

Galagher Jeff | Arko

Convenience store operator Arko hired Galagher Jeff as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Jeff most recently held the same positions at convenience retailer Murphy USA for two years before leaving in October. Before that, he spent nearly 15 years in senior and executive finance positions at retailers, including Dollar Tree Stores, Advance Auto Parts and Walmart. He earlier held finance and strategy consulting roles at KPMG and Ernst & Young. Jeff succeeds Robb Giammatteo, who left Arko in October and is now CFO of eye health services provider MyEyeDr.

Amy O’Keefe | Sleep Number

Amy O’Keefe will take over as finance chief of mattress maker Sleep Number on Dec. 8. O’Keefe was most recently chief financial officer of Avaya, a business communications technology company. She earlier held CFO roles at Weight Watchers, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, Savant Systems and D&M Holdings. She spent 14 years at Black & Decker in financial leadership roles, including in divisional CFO roles. O’Keefe replaces interim chief financial officer Bob Ryder, who will stay with the company through Dec. 12.
