Ling Hai | Mastercard

Mastercard named Ling Hai as chief financial officer as part of a leadership reshuffle at the payments giant. Hai has worked at Mastercard for over 16 years and has been president of Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa since January 2024. He succeeds Sachin Mehra, who will move into a newly created role of chief business officer. Mehra joined the company in 2010 and has been the finance chief since April 2019. The reorganization will take effect on Aug. 3. 

Nate Olmstead | Trade Desk

Advertising technology company Trade Desk hired Nate Olmstead as finance chief, effective July 9. Olmstead joins the company from Penguin Solutions, an artificial intelligence infrastructure and technology solutions firm, where he has been CFO since June 2024. He previously was chief financial officer of Logitech and held several financial leadership roles during his 16-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard Company and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Olmstead replaces interim CFO Tahnil Davis, who will continue to serve as chief accounting officer. Davis took over as interim CFO in January after Alex Kayyal’s employment as CFO was terminated after five months in the role. 

Rob Livingston | Nubank

Rob Livingston was appointed chief financial officer of Nubank, effective July 13. Livingston joins the financial technology firm from Visa, where he was CFO of North America, its largest business. Over his 12-year tenure at Visa, he held several financial leadership positions, including as CFO for Visa Europe. He earlier spent 18 years at Capital One, where he held several roles, including as president, chief operating officer and chief marketing officer of Capital One Canada. Livingston succeeds Guilherme Lago, who has been CFO for the last five years. Lago will transition to the role of special adviser.

Scott Stewart | ContextLogic ​​

Scott Stewart was named CFO and chief operating officer of business holding company ContextLogic. Stewart was most recently CFO of technology and payments company Cantaloupe. He joined Cantaloupe in 2020 as chief accounting officer and was promoted to CFO in 2022. Before Cantaloupe, he spent 13 years with Intercontinental Exchange, which operates global exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange. During his time at Intercontinental Exchange, Stewart held several roles, including most recently an assistant controller. Earlier in his career, Stewart worked at Ernst & Young in their audit practice. Stewart replaces interim CFO Chad Chevalier, who resigned from the company on June 1. Chevalier had taken over for Michael Scarola, who resigned from the company in December 2025 to rejoin Altai Capital Management. 

Julie Knecht | Texas Instruments

Texas Instruments promoted Julie Knecht to finance chief, effective Aug. 1. Knecht joined the chipmaker in 1999 and has held several finance and accounting roles, most recently serving as chief accounting officer and vice president of accounting and tax since 2021. Before that, she was vice president of accounting for over 10 years. Knecht succeeds Rafael Lizardi, who is retiring after 25 years with the company. Lizardi will transition to an advisory role until Aug. 31.

Shannon Nash | Vibrant Planet

Vibrant Planet, a wildfire risk management software firm, named Shannon Nash as CFO and chief operating officer. Nash was most recently chief financial officer of Wing, Alphabet’s drone delivery subsidiary. Before that, she worked at reputation management company Reputation, which she joined as chief accounting officer and was promoted to finance chief. She was earlier the CFO of furniture dealership Insidesource. A licensed attorney and CPA, Nash serves as a board director for NetScout Systems, SoFi Bank and Lazydog Restaurants, and is an audit chair at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

Stephen Lasher | Alight

Stephen Lasher will take over as chief financial officer of benefits administration provider Alight on June 15. Lasher joins the company from mobile growth platform company Digital Turbine, where he has been CFO since February 2025. Before that, he was chief financial officer of Vonage. Before Vonage, Lasher spent 24 years at IBM in senior financial management roles, including vice president of finance for IBM Global Markets and integrated accounts. Lasher replaces interim CFO Susan Davies, Alight’s chief accounting officer and global controller, who took on the role on May 8. Davies took over for interim CFO Greg Giometti, who left the company. Giometti stepped into the interim role in January for outgoing CFO Jeremy Heaton, who is now chief financial officer of Help at Home.  

Abhey Lamba | inDrive

Abhey Lamba was appointed chief financial officer of inDrive, a ride-hailing and delivery platform. Lamba was most recently CFO of RingCentral. Before that, he was vice president of infrastructure finance at Amazon Web Services. Earlier in his career, Abhey held senior finance leadership roles at Cisco and Autodesk, and he spent 15 years as an equity analyst at Mizuho Securities, UBS and ISI Group. He started his career as a software engineer.
