Siddharth Thacker | Peloton
Peloton hired Siddharth Thacker as finance chief, effective June 22. Thacker joins the fitness company from Rent the Runway, where he has been CFO since May 2023. Earlier in his career, he was an investment partner at alternative asset manager Coalition Investment Partners and was CEO of investment advisory firm SAR Capital Advisors. Thacker replaces Liz Coddington, who left Peloton in March to become chief financial officer of energy company Palmetto. The company’s chief accounting officer, Saqib Baig, has been serving as interim CFO since March 27.
William Harkins | Rollins
Pest control and services company Rollins promoted William Harkins to chief financial officer, effective June 15. Harkins has been the chief accounting officer of Rollins since joining in March 2025. He was earlier the chief accounting officer and corporate controller at Mohawk Industries. Harkins was previously the global assistant controller at Mars and spent over 14 years at The Coca-Cola Company, most recently as global director of controllership. He succeeds Kenneth Krause, who is resigning “to pursue an opportunity with a company in an unrelated industry,” according to a Rollins press release. Krause joined Rollins in 2022 from MSA Safety, where he was most recently CFO, chief strategy officer, SVP and treasurer.
Eva Boratto | Cencora
Eva Boratto was named chief financial officer of pharmaceutical solutions firm Cencora, effective June 29. Boratto joins the company from Bath & Body Works, where she has been CFO since August 2023. She earlier spent 12 years at CVS Health, where she held several leadership roles throughout her tenure, including as chief financial officer. Before that, she worked at pharmaceutical giant Merck for 20 years, including as VP of investor relations. Boratto succeeds James Cleary, who is retiring. Cleary will serve in an advisory capacity through the end of the year.
Tom Javitch | Bath & Body Works
Eva Boratto, chief financial officer and chief accounting officer of Bath & Body Works, will leave the retailer on June 12 to become finance chief of Cencora. Bath & Body Works named Tom Javitch as interim chief financial officer while it looks for Boratto’s permanent replacement. Javitch has been with the company for more than 16 years and has held several senior finance leadership roles across the company, including most recently as executive vice president of brand finance. Andy Meeting, who is currently senior vice president and corporate controller at Bath & Body Works, will take on the additional responsibility of principal accounting officer.
Ash Walia | Six Flags
Ash Walia will take over as chief financial officer of amusement park operator Six Flags on June 17. Walia was most recently the CFO of private equity-owned retailer Hot Topic, and before that, he was the finance chief of 99 Cents Only Stores. He earlier spent over seven years at Starbucks, most recently as senior vice president of corporate finance. Walia replaces Brian Witherow, who stepped down as CFO earlier this month. Dave Hoffman, the company’s chief accounting officer, has been serving as interim finance lead during the transition.
Ana Garcia | Cycurion
Ana Garcia was appointed finance chief of Cycurion, a cybersecurity and government technology solutions firm. Garcia was most recently vice president of finance and interim CFO of KLDiscovery, a company that provides electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance positions at Edelman Financial Services, MicroStrategy, Spacenet and Savvis. Garcia succeeds Alvin McCoy III, who will step down as chief financial officer on May 31 and transition into a strategic advisory role.
Phil Moon | Apollo.io
AI sales platform company Apollo.io named Phil Moon as chief financial officer. Moon was most recently the CFO of the workforce management platform Homebase, and before that, he was head of finance and accounting at the virtual trucking carrier platform CloudTrucks. He was previously vice president of finance and interim CFO at consumer products company Grove Collaborative when it went public in 2022 through a merger with Virgin Group Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Virgin Group. He started his career in financial services, including at Morgan Stanley, where he advised high-growth companies on capital strategy.
Wynn Clayton | MasterControl
Wynn Clayton was named chief financial officer of manufacturing software company MasterControl. Clayton joins MasterControl after working 25 years at 3form, a manufacturer of high-design architectural materials. During his tenure, he worked as CFO before being promoted to CEO, a role he held for six years. Before 3form, he was chief accounting officer at TenFold.
