Bénédicte de Bonnechose | Michelin

Tire manufacturer Michelin named Bénédicte de Bonnechose as its new finance chief, effective June 1. She joined the company in April 2019 as its deputy group chief financial officer and then took on her current role supervising its urban and long-distance transportation business lines, as well as the European region, in January 2021. She started her career at Deloitte, where she worked in the industrial and retail sector for four years and then spent 25 years in financial roles at French industrial company Lafarge Group. She succeeds Yves Chapot, who is stepping down from the role.

Ann Hyllengren | Ember LifeSciences

Ember LifeSciences, a cold chain technology provider, hired Ann Hyllengren as chief financial officer. Hyllengren joins the company from Amgen, where she was most recently senior director of investor relations. She has held multiple senior finance leadership roles over her 18 year tenure at Amgen, including as head of finance for its U.S. General Medicine business unit and CFO of the Amgen Foundation, where she oversaw initiatives supporting STEM education and community investment. Before Amgen, Hyllengren worked in external reporting at Dole Food Company and started her career in assurance and business advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Hugo Doetsch | AuditBoard

Hugo Doetsch was appointed chief financial officer of AuditBoard, an enterprise governance, risk and compliance company. Doetsch was most recently CFO of Symplr, an enterprise healthcare operations software provider. Before that, he was CFO at content management platform NetDocuments. Doetsch also held senior leadership roles at Ping Identity, where he played a key role in its 2019 initial public offering. Doetsch succeeds Josh Harding, who has left the company. Harding joined AuditBoard in March 2022 from SailPoint, where he was most recently SVP of finance and operations. 

Ryan McLeod | CAE

CAE, a Canadian maker of aviation training and simulation solutions, named Ryan McLeod as its next CFO, effective Feb. 23. McLeod joins the company from automation solutions company ATS, where he has been CFO since 2020. He joined ATS in 2007 as a manager of reporting of compliance from CIBC Mellon, where he was manager of financial analysis and development. He earlier spent five years at EY as an audit manager. McLeod replaces interim CFO Constantino Malatesta.

Anne Cybulski | ATS

Anne Cybulski will take over as interim CFO of ATS while it looks for outgoing finance chief Ryan McLeod’s permanent replacement. Cybulski, currently the company’s vice president and corporate controller, will become interim CFO when McLeod leaves the company on Feb. 15. Cybulski has held several financial leadership roles since joining ATS in 2009 and has held her current role since 2022.

Anubhav Mittal | Universal Corp. 

Anubhav Mittal will take over as CFO of leaf tobacco supplier Universal Corp. on Feb. 17. Mittal has worked at ADM for the last 10 years, most recently as chief financial officer of ADM Nutrition, its $8 billion global nutrition, flavors and ingredients business. Other roles he held during his tenure include CFO of its Global Pet Solutions business and global head of business development and M&A. Before joining ADM, Mittal spent four years at the Kellogg Company in senior global finance, corporate development and strategy roles. He succeeds Johan Kroner, who is retiring. Kroner will remain a senior vice president of the company until July 1.

Dan Karpel | Caleres

Dan Karpel will take on the additional role of interim CFO of Caleres, a footwear company that includes Famous Footwear, Sam Edelman and Stuart Weitzman. Karpel has been senior vice president and chief accounting officer since rejoining the company in October 2025. He earlier spent eight years at Caleres, most recently as SVP, chief accounting officer and treasurer. He previously held chief financial officer roles at Club Car Wash, CW Holdings and Save A Lot. Karpel succeeds Jack Calandra, who is leaving the company at the end of the month. 

Keri Stockland | National Restaurant Association

Keri Stockland was appointed finance chief of the National Restaurant Association. Stockland joins the restaurant industry trade group from DKT International, where she spent 10 years as the nonprofit organization’s CFO. Earlier roles include eight years at KPMG as director of its financial management advisory services (CFO Advisory) and as a manager of financial reporting at former low-cost airline Independence Airlines.
