Dennis Cinelli | Paramount Skydance
Paramount named current board member Dennis Cinelli as its new CFO, an appointment that comes amid the media and entertainment company’s bidding war for Warner Bros. Discovery. Cinelli took on his new role Jan. 15 and stepped down from Paramount’s board. Since June 2022, he has been the finance chief of Scale AI. Before that, he spent six year at Uber in senior finance and operational roles, including as global head of strategic finance. He was earlier the chief financial officer of GE Ventures, the venture capital division of General Electric. Cinelli succeeds Andrew Warren, who has been EVP and interim chief financial officer since June 2025. Warren will transition to the role of strategic adviser.
Craig Fullalove | Wynn Resorts
Craig Fullalove was named the new chief financial officer of Wynn Resorts. Fullalove is currently CFO and chief administrative officer of the company’s Macau operations and its Hong Kong-listed entity Wynn Macau. Before joining Wynn Resorts in 2020, he was the chief financial officer of Asian Coast Development Limited. He earlier worked at Deloitte & Touche for nine years in roles within audit and financial advisory. Fullalove succeeds Julie Cameron-Doe, who will retire in mid-2026. Cameron-Doe, who has been CFO since April 2022, will serve as a consultant to the company and as a non-executive director of Wynn Macau.
Stephen Murphy | Yale University
Yale University CFO Stephen Murphy will retire in June 2026. Murphy, who was a 1987 graduate of the university, started his career there in 2001 as lead administrator for the Office of Cooperative Research, subsequently holding a series of financial and administrative leadership roles. He has been vice president of finance and chief financial officer since 2015. Earlier roles before his tenure at Yale include director of finance and administration for Asia/Pacific at Thermo Fisher Scientific and finance director for Europe at Wilson Sporting Goods.
Gillian Munson | Duolingo
Duolingo appointed Gillian Munson as the language-learning education platform’s new CFO, effective Feb. 23. Munson has been on Duolingo’s board of directors since 2019 as chair of the audit, risk and compliance committee. She was most recently chief financial officer of video sharing platform Vimeo and previously held CFO roles at Iora Health and XO Group. Munson succeeds Matt Skaruppa, who will step down after almost six years as finance chief. Skaruppa will transition to an advisory role to help with the transition.
Clare Kennedy | Spencer Stuart
Advisory firm Spencer Stuart hired Clare Kennedy as its new finance chief. Kennedy joins the company from advisory firm Maples Group, where she was chief operating officer for over four years. Before that, she worked at Freshfields as the international law firm’s global chief financial officer. Kennedy previously spent 18 years at international law firm Linklaters in several senior finance and commercial leadership roles. She started her career at Arthur Andersen and EY as a chartered accountant, specializing in tax. Kennedy succeeds Christine Laurens, who is retiring. Laurens will stay with the firm for several months to help with the transition.
Michael Pickrum | The Knot Worldwide
The Knot Worldwide, a wedding planning platform, appointed Michael Pickrum as finance chief. Pickrum was most recently the chief financial officer of Maximum Effort, a media, marketing and investment company co-founded by actor Ryan Reynolds. Before that, he was CFO and chief operating officer of ExecOnline, a B2B online leadership development company. Pickrum earlier spent over 17 years at BET/Viacom, including as EVP and chief financial officer.
Anil Chadha | Regions Financial
Anil Chadha was promoted to chief financial officer of Regions Financial. Chadha joined the banking company in 2011 as a senior vice president and debt and capital planning manager and is currently the controller and head of corporate finance. Before joining Regions, he worked in finance and treasury at Ally Financial, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and Capital One. Chadha succeeds David Turner, who will retire on March 31. Turner has worked at the bank for 20 years and was appointed CFO in 2010.
