Matt Calderone | S&P Global Mobility
S&P Global named Matt Calderone as CFO of its mobility business ahead of its planned spinoff. Calderone will join the company on March 1 from Booz Allen, where he has been CFO since 2022. He has held several leadership roles over his 22-year career at Booz Allen, including as chief strategy officer and EVP of FP&A, strategic finance and corporate development. During Calderone’s tenure at Booz Allen, he guided more than $1.5 billion in M&A transactions, designed and executed its 2020 growth strategy and led its restructuring in 2013
Maria Khoury | Marathon Petroleum
Maria Khoury will join Marathon Petroleum as its new finance chief on Jan. 19. Since 2021, Khoury has been vice president and Group CFO Biotechnology for life sciences and diagnostics firm Danaher, where she also has finance responsibility for Cytiva (formerly GE Healthcare Biopharma) and Pall Life Sciences. Khoury was previously the vice president of finance and IT for GE Healthcare Life Sciences, and she had earlier held leadership roles for GE Oil & Gas, including serving as CFO of GE’s Drilling and Surface division. Khoury succeeds John Quaid, who will stay with the company for a transition period.
David Evans | Cardlytics
Cardlytics former CFO David Evans will return to the role on Jan. 12. Evans previously worked at the digital advertising company from 2014 to 2020, where he played a key role in its IPO in 2018. He held the CFO role for over five years before transitioning to chief administrative officer for seven months and then left the company. Most recently, he has been an adviser and board member of several companies in the software and technology sectors, including his current role as board chair at Neighborly Software. Evans replaces Alexis DeSieno, who is stepping down as CFO. DeSieno will work in a non-officer advisory capacity until March 6, 2026.
Matthew Dunnigan | 7 Brew
Drive-thru beverage brand 7 Brew hired Matthew Dunnigan as finance chief. Dunnigan most recently spent six years as CFO of Restaurant Brands International, the parent company of fast food chains Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes and Firehouse Subs. He joined Restaurant Brands International in 2014 as treasurer. Before that, he was a vice president of the credit investment manager Crescent Capital.
Lance Ludman | SurveyMonkey
SurveyMonkey appointed Lance Ludman as the survey platform’s new chief financial officer. Ludman was most recently CFO of corporate purpose software provider Benevity. Before that, he was the finance chief of DreamBox Learning, a K-12 education technology company. Ludman spent over eight years at software provider Blackbaud, including as CFO for International. His early career included corporate development at Lockheed Martin.
Christy Schwartz | Opendoor
Christy Schwartz was named finance chief of Opendoor, effective Jan. 1. Schwartz has been interim CFO of the online real estate platform since September, when she took over for Selim Freiha, who left the company. This wasn’t her first time as interim CFO; she was previously interim CFO from December 2022 to November 2024 and was the company’s chief accounting officer from March 2021 to May 2025. Before that, she was the company’s vice president and corporate controller.
Amy Butte | Navan
Corporate travel management platform Navan said its CFO, Amy Butte, will leave the company on Jan. 9. She will continue to serve as a strategic adviser to Navan while it looks for her successor. Butte took over as CFO in 2024 and helped lead its IPO in October. She earlier held chief financial officer roles at The New York Stock Exchange, MF Global and Credit Suisse First Boston.
