
Robin Washington | Salesforce
Salesforce named Robin Washington to the newly created role of chief operating and financial officer (COFO) and president of the software maker. Washington, who has been Salesforce’s lead independent director since 2022 and a member of its board since 2013, will join the company on March 21. She replaces CFO Amy Weaver and president and chief operating chief Brian Millham, who will retire in May. In August, Weaver said she would transition from Salesforce once a new CFO was named. Washington was previously finance chief of Gilead Sciences for over 11 years before retiring in 2019. Earlier roles include CFO of Hyperion Solutions and chief accounting officer of PeopleSoft. Washington is currently on the Board of Directors of Alphabet, Eikon Therapeutics, Honeywell International and Vertiv Holdings Co.
Christopher McGinnis | GoodRx
GoodRx hired Christopher McGinnis as the prescription savings platform’s new CFO. McGinnis was most recently chief executive officer of pharmacy benefit management provider CitizensRx. Before that, Chris held several executive roles at Lumeris/Essence Healthcare, a Medicare Advantage plan and value-based healthcare operator, including as chief financial officer and executive vice president of operations. He was earlier chief accounting officer at Express Scripts Holding Company.

Sean Reddan | CORT
CORT, a home and office furniture rental company, promoted Sean Reddan to finance chief. Reddan, currently the senior vice president of finance, joined the company in 2023. He was previously head of financial planning and analysis for media company Gannett’s consumer marketing division. He also held several roles at American Express, most recently as senior manager of finance and strategy. Reddan succeeds Debbie Lansford, who will retire on Feb. 28 after more than 20 years at the company.
Pablo Pinillos | Freightos
Pablo Pinillos will take over as chief financial officer of freight booking and payment platform Freightos on March 1. Pinillos joins the company from blockchain software company Coincover, where he was CFO. Before that role, he was chief financial officer at DevOps software company Bitrise. Earlier on, he spent nearly 14 years at Qlik in several senior leadership roles, including vice president of strategic growth and business transformation. Pinillos succeeds Ran Shalev, who decided to end his tenure on December 31, 2024, to pursue another role.

Jenny Buchholz | Rightworks
Rightworks, an accounting-focused cloud services provider, appointed Jenny Buchholz as finance chief. Buchholz was previously chief financial officer of Cisive, a global background screening firm, and before that, CFO of digital advertising company Captivate Communications. Earlier roles include head of corporate finance at flexible workspace platform Knotel; vice president of finance at Discovery Communications; associate vice president of media and content finance for the NBA; and director of finance and strategy at eBay.

Marty Cissell | ConnectDER
Marty Cissell was named chief financial officer of ConnectDER, a company that sells home adapters for electric vehicles and solar panels. Cissell was previously the fractional CFO of the company. Before joining ConnectDER, he spent over five years at Sense Labs, a software platform for analyzing a home’s electrical currents. He most recently served as director of financial planning and analysis. Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership roles at Eze Software Group. Cissell’s passion for clean energy and finance began when he interned at the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change in London during college.

Raje Dwaraka | Student Transportation of America
Raje Dwaraka was named chief financial officer of Student Transportation of America, a school transportation and fleet services provider. She was most recently CFO of Davis-Standard and chief accounting officer at consumer intelligence company Nielson IQ. She was previously chief financial officer of the food services segment within packaging company Pactiv and head of SEC reporting and controller during her time at the company.

Tony Jarjoura | Gigamon
Deep observability company Gigamon promoted interim CFO Tony Jarjoura to the role permanently. Jarjoura joined the company in 2020 and has previously served as vice president of revenue operations, vice president of finance, and corporate controller. Before joining Gigamon, he was a senior manager at EY, where he served high-tech growth companies in its assurance practice.
