
Jérémie Papin | Nissan
Jérémie Papin, currently Nissan Americas chairperson, was named finance chief of Nissan. Before his current role, Papin worked in finance, strategy and business development within Nissan and the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. He also worked for more than 10 years in investment banking with a focus on the automotive sector. Nissan has reassigned chief financial officer Stephen Ma to head the automaker’s China business in January. In his new role, Ma will focus on shaping the company’s future strategy for the region and enhancing local operations.
Nirupam Sinha | Heidrick & Struggles
Nirupam Sinha will take over as finance chief of leadership advisory and talent solutions provider Heidrick & Struggles on Jan. 6. Sinha is currently CFO of global payments company Checkout.com. Before that, he worked at asset management firm T. Rowe Price where he joined in 2018 as vice president of its CFO group and later took over as global head of product. He started his career at McKinsey & Company in its financial services practice and also worked at Serent Capital as a private equity investor.

Michael Holt | Morningstar
Morningstar promoted Michael Holt to chief financial officer. Holt has worked at the investment research company for the last 17 years, most recently as chief strategy officer. He has held that role for the last seven years and in 2023 he was also named president of its research and investments group. Holt was an associate for Municipal Mortgage & Equity and spent four years in the software industry before joining Morningstar. Holt succeeds Jason Dubinsky, who is stepping down as CFO after seven years. Dubinsky will continue as chief financial officer until Dec. 31, 2024, and will remain with the company in a consulting role through a transition period.
Michael DeVeau | IFF
Flavors and fragrances manufacturer IFF promoted Michael DeVeau to chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1. DeVeau joined IFF in 2009 and was most recently senior vice president of corporate finance and investor relations. Before joining the company, DeVeau held leadership positions in investor relations, finance and corporate development at PepsiCo. He started his career as an equity research analyst at Citigroup Investment Research. DeVeau succeeds current CFO and business transformation officer Glenn Richter, who is retiring at the end of the year.

Prasenjit Dasgupta | Hyland
Hyland, a content intelligence software provider, hired Prasenjit Dasgupta as finance chief. Most recently, Dasgupta was CFO at technology company Digital.ai. Before Digital.ai, Dasgupta held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions as corporate vice president and CFO of the $3 billion software and services group. He earlier spent 14 years working at Microsoft, most recently as senior finance director. He started his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Cameron Hyzer | Swoop
Cameron Hyzer was appointed chief financial officer of Swoop, an AI-focused healthcare platform. Most recently, Hyzer was CFO of ZoomInfo for six years, where he oversaw its initial public offering and helped grow annualized revenue from $150 million to $1.2 billion. Before that, he was CFO and executive managing director at Eze Software Group. Earlier he held finance leadership positions at Thomson Financial, Benchmarking Partners and Cramer Systems, as well as in investment banking and private equity.

Thomas Rachubinski | Wills Group
Thomas Rachubinski was named CFO of the Wills Group, the parent company of Dash In convenience stores and Splash In car washes. Rachubinski joins the company from convenience store chain Wawa, where he has worked for the last 16 years. He was most recently senior director of finance and corporate controller, leading Wawa’s enterprise productivity team which focused on cost optimization. He earlier worked at PwC and led audit teams for Fortune 500 companies. Rachubinski replaces Kenneth Halperin, who will retire after 13 years as CFO.

Todd Stockard | PlanSource
Todd Stockard is the new finance chief at PlanSource, a cloud-based benefits administration technology and service provider. Stockard was most recently chief financial officer at data center land acquisition and development company Tract. He earlier held CFO roles at public safety and critical communications business Intrado and TeamSnap, a youth sports management software provider.
